1. The platform
DIAL4EXPORT is a B2B marketplace that helps buyers and suppliers find each other and manage requirements, quotes, negotiations and deals. DIAL4EXPORT is not a party to any contract between users.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Supplier company profiles are published only after admin approval, and the admin may suspend listings that breach these terms.
3. Verification
The “Verified Supplier” badge means business documents were submitted and reviewed by our team against documented criteria at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of product quality or performance. Always carry out your own due diligence.
4. AI recommendations
AI Match Relevance scores are recommendations based on the information available on the platform. They are not guarantees and should not be the sole basis for a business decision.
5. Prohibited content
Users must not list illegal, counterfeit or restricted goods, or upload malicious files.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is”.
