How do I find suppliers?
Search or browse products and suppliers, filter by category, city, business type or export market, then open a product or company page to see details. Use “Contact supplier” to send an enquiry.
What is a buying requirement (RFQ)?
An RFQ describes what you need — product, quantity, target price, destination and terms. With a free buyer account, relevant approved suppliers are matched to your RFQ and can send you itemised quotations that you compare, negotiate and accept in your dashboard.
Do I need an account to send an enquiry?
No. Visitors can send an enquiry or requirement to the Dial4Export team. A free buyer account lets you message suppliers directly, receive quotes and keep a full history of every conversation and negotiation.
Where are my saved and compared products stored?
The ♡ Saved list and the ⇄ comparison are stored on this browser only. Clearing your browser data removes them.
For suppliers
How do I list my company?
Register as a supplier and complete your company profile. Our admin team reviews every company before it is published. Once approved, your company mini-website goes live at dial4export.com/your-company and your products appear in search.
What does the “Verified” badge mean?
Suppliers can submit business documents for review. The badge is shown only after the Dial4Export team has reviewed and approved those documents. It is not a guarantee of product quality — buyers should still do their own checks.
How do I receive buyer leads?
Buyer enquiries, matching RFQs and quote requests appear in your supplier dashboard under Leads and Messages, with email notifications if enabled.
Can Dial4Export help promote my business?
Yes — ask about company websites, SEO, Google & Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp or email campaigns on the Advertise page.
Trust & safety
How are AI match scores used?
Suppliers are first filtered by rules (category, product, MOQ, country, status). AI may then rank relevance and explain the reasons. Scores are labelled “AI Match Relevance” — they are recommendations, not guarantees.
How do I report a problem or suspicious listing?
Contact us with the page address and a short description. The admin team can suspend listings that break our terms.
