Information you provide

Enquiry forms request your name, phone number, optional business name and email, product or service requirement, quantity and location. We use these details to respond to your request and assist with sourcing, registration, promotion or export support.

Enquiry delivery and sharing

When you continue to WhatsApp, the website prepares a message. You must tap Send in WhatsApp to deliver it. If direct submission is enabled, enquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible to the Dial4Export team. With your agreement, sourcing details may be shared with relevant suppliers to respond to your request.

Published business information

Approved company and catalogue information is publicly visible. Private enquiry records are not part of the public supplier directory.

Search and external services

When AI search is enabled, the requirement you enter is sent to Google’s Gemini service for interpretation. Avoid entering confidential business information or personal contact details into search. Google services, Cloudflare verification and WhatsApp process information under their own policies when those features are used. External social links take you to the respective platforms.

Your choices

You can contact us to request correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to stop enquiry follow-up. We retain information for handling your request and related business records, and review deletion requests individually.
